Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom printed items or products made to your specific design are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for defective products or if we fail to deliver the correct order. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of your order is defective or damaged, a partial refund will be provided based on the value of the damaged item.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for custom items. However, if the item received is defective or incorrect, we will issue a replacement product once we receive the returned item.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may have already entered the production stage, and cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: If a product is defective or damaged, Matha Press will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the error.
